Is it my HR (heart rate) monitor or something weird with me!?!? First 5 minutes of a ride I’ll hit HR in 200+ range once or twice but then everything settles down. I certainly don’t feel like my heart is going crazy. I do have a fairly steep down/climb/down right from the get go when riding from my house, however the data is on the downhill portion of the two hills and not the climb portion. My Garmin records this unusual HR data on about 80% of my rides. Note the two bumps at the end of the graph… the same two hills coming back from my rides and BM stays in the high 150’s.
Any idea?
