Now this is great customer service! Look what arrived in the mail today… my new ‘09 Cervelo S3 frame. I must give Cervelo a ton of credit for the excellent customer service. Last week my bike shop sent them pictures of a paint crack that developed on the down tube and a few days later… Cervelo mailed out a new frame. Not only did they replace the frame, they upgraded my ‘08 SLC-SL frame with a ‘09 the Cervelo S3. BIG props to Cervelo and Trek Bicycle Superstore San Diego.
