YouTube5 by Connor McKay

This extension removes the need to use flash on YouTube by converting all videos to their HTML5 video tag equivalents. It also has the added benefits of decreased CPU usage compared to flash, and the removal of in-video ads. At present it only works on youtube.com, but I hope to correct this in future versions.

EDIT: Works exactly as advertised. My new favourite extension.

My co-workers thought this was funny. This was posted in the mail room last week. I’ll admit it’s humorous… at my own expense. :) BUT with all the trouble in pro cycling it sure makes it hard to be a fan of the sport. Other cyclist who love the tactics of this great sport understand what I’m talking about. I want to defend the sport and when I do… I look like a fool.
