NFL rights holders exempt from 45-sec rule?
According to Sports Business Journal the NFL will go lax on the online video rule for TV rights holder. It’s unclear if this will trickle down to local affiliates. In the meantime NFL.com is providing a ton of free video online and I can only imagine that traffic numbers will be ridiculous this season.
